No surprises in month four.

    Scope in a week

    A short call, then a written breakdown of screens, edge cases and what the first release will not include. You approve it before anything is built.

    Design the states

    Flows and screens — including empty, loading and error states. You see the app as clickable frames long before it exists in code.

    Build in visible slices

    Working builds land on your device every fortnight. Nothing sits hidden in a branch for months waiting for a reveal.

    Ship and keep shipping

    Store listing, staged rollout, crash monitoring. Then the unglamorous part: target-API upgrades and patch releases, year after year.
